The NHS is hiring an Assertive Outreach Worker to provide support to adults with severe mental illness within the Community Mental Health Hub in Brent.
This full-time position requires strong clinical skills, risk management expertise, and the ability to engage individuals in a therapeutic manner. The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team and be dedicated to improving patients’ mental health outcomes.
Salary ranges from £47,951 to £56,863 per annum, depending on experience.
