Residential Family Support Worker: Transform Futures

Compass Community is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker for a 7-bedroom Residential Family Assessment Centre in Sowerby Bridge. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team, providing one-to-one support to Parent & Child families according to their care plan, promoting life skills and safe childcare.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in children’s residential/social care, Level 3 Health & Social Care, and strong safeguarding knowledge.
