Absence & Employee Relations Coordinator (Contract)

The OEM Client is seeking an Employee Relations Operations Administrator to join the team on a contract basis (Inside IR35) with a proposed end date of 6 April 2027. The role focuses on absence management across manufacturing facilities in the West Midlands, delivering professional HR support and collaborating with Occupational Health and HR partners to optimise attendance and wellbeing.

Umbrella pay rate is £23.60 per hour.
