Overview
Salary: £25,936.00 – £30,000.00 per year. Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is one of the largest housing associations in England. We provide over 85,000 homes and invest in communities across the South, West and East of England, including London, as well as building thousands of new affordable homes every year. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term opportunity for a highly organised Coordinator to join our Lettings team. We’re flexible on your office base, so you can be based either from Basingstoke, Greenham, Hurn, Blandford, Bristol, Exeter, Isle of Wight or London. You’ll work both from home and the office 2 days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll help customers experience a smooth and positive journey when moving into or out of their home. You’ll work closely with colleagues, customers, local authorities, and external partners to coordinate lettings activity, reduce void periods, and ensure homes are let quickly and efficiently.
- First point of contact for lettings-related enquiries, providing advice and guidance to customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate the lettings process to ensure empty homes are advertised and occupied as quickly as possible, preparing and publishing property advertisements across relevant channels.
- Monitor void properties and key milestones to support performance targets and minimise vacancy periods.
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems and external databases.
- Set rents in line with SNG’s rent policy and liaise with finance teams where required.
- Produce reports, legal documentation, invoices, databases, and spreadsheets to support the service.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administrative experience.
- Experience delivering excellent customer service within housing, property, public services, or another complex service environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail when managing data and records.
