IPS Employment Specialist – Recovery & Jobs Coach

Change Grow Live is seeking an Employment Specialist in Walsall to support people in recovery to find and sustain paid work using the IPS model.

You will manage a caseload of about 25 clients, deliver IPS with tailored job search, CV support, and employer engagement, working with treatment staff.

This role reinforces government priority on recovery-focussed employment and offers an inclusive, collaborative environment across local employers and services.
