Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

We’re looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team!!!
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and responsive repairs across the Rainham area.
- Perform void works and property MOTs for specialist trades.
- Handle secondary trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring.
- Provide excellent customer care.
Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring.
- Reliable and experienced trade operative.
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work only).
As an operative working in the London Region, you’ll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.
