Bank Residential Senior Care Lead

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Residential Senior Carer to join our care home team. You will lead a group of care staff, provide on-shift training and supervision, and support with medication administration, resident care plans and risk assessments.

You will liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and families to ensure high-quality, person-centred care. The role offers variety as a Bank position, with hours and days varying to cover leave and sickness.
