We are partnering with a third‑party Property, Asset Manager acting on behalf of institutional landlords across Central London, managing high-quality office portfolios with a strong focus on asset performance, governance, and occupier experience.

They are now seeking an Associate Director to join their Property Management function in London, working directly alongside the Partner & Head of Property and Asset Management. This is a senior role with responsibility for the operational oversight of a prime Central London office portfolio, supporting strategic decision-making and acting as a trusted deputy to the Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Partner, Head of Property & Asset Management on the strategic and operational management of a Central London office portfolio
  • Take lead responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of prime office assets
  • Deliver value-add initiatives, asset enhancement projects, and operational improvement strategies
  • Manage and oversee rent reviews, lease renewals, break options, and lease events
  • Lead on service charge strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and governance
  • Act as a senior client-facing representative for institutional landlords, supporting reporting, performance reviews, and asset strategy
  • Oversee managing agents, consultants, and professional advisers to ensure best-in-class service delivery
  • Provide mentoring and oversight to junior team members, supporting team development
  • Assist the Partner with business development activity, presentations, and client pitches

About You:

  • MRICS qualified with strong post-qualified experience
  • Proven track record in Central London office property management, ideally within an institutional or third-party environment
  • Comfortable operating at a senior level and supporting asset management strategy
  • Strong technical knowledge across leases, service charges, compliance, and governance
  • Commercially astute with a clear understanding of office market dynamics
  • Confident, articulate, and capable of managing senior stakeholders and client relationships
  • A collaborative and proactive professional, comfortable working in a lean, high-calibre team
