Europe Regional Head of Services Delivery – SaaS & Banking

Finastra in Europe seeks a Regional Head of Services Delivery to lead professional services for Fusion Essence. You will manage onboarding, deployments and customer engagements across multiple core banking, digital and analytics solutions, aligning product roadmaps with delivery commitments.

You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with sales, PMO and cloud IT, and drive revenue forecasting, process improvements and customer satisfaction across the European region.
