Family Support Worker: Empower Families & Kids

Herefordshire Council is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to join the Families First Programme, working across homes, schools and community environments in Herefordshire. The role involves evidence‑based, therapeutic interventions to support children, young people and families, including those with special educational needs.

Fixed term until 31 August 2028, 30 hours per week, based at Plough Lane, Hereford. Closing date 19 July 2026.
