Primary Teaching Assistant — Support & Growth

Reedham Primary and Nursery School, part of the Consortium Trust, seeks a caring Teaching Assistant to support pupils across early years and key stages, following plans, working with individuals and small groups, and helping each child reach their potential within a warm, supportive team.

The role requires safeguarding awareness, GDPR compliance, flexibility to travel to other school sites, and participation in Trust CPD opportunities. An enhanced DBS check is required.
