HLTA for ASD Resource Base | Secondary School Support

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for an ASD Resource Base at a welcoming secondary school in Nailsea. You will support students with autism in Years 7–11, delivering targeted interventions and adapting learning to meet individual needs.

Working with the SEND team, SENCO and teachers, you will plan lessons, monitor progress, contribute to IEPs and EHCP reviews, and help students access both specialist provision and mainstream lessons.
