Crisis Resolution Community Support Worker

Devon Partnership Trust is recruiting a Community Support Worker for Teignbridge CRHTT. You will be part of an MDT delivering a 24-hour crisis resolution and home treatment service in the community, acting as a gatekeeper for inpatient beds.

You will provide person-centred support, crisis de-escalation, and help service users access housing, benefits and local resources, while maintaining records and contributing to continual service improvement.
