Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a skilled Plater/Fabricator to join a fast-growing manufacturer in Pencoed. You will cut, lay out and weld sheet metal and pipework, assembling high-quality products for customers worldwide.

The role emphasizes reading drawings, working safely with a range of workshop equipment, and operating MIG/MMA welding processes. The position offers a 39-hour week with an early finish on Fridays, a permanent full-time contract, and an opportunity for long-term progression
