Opportunity

As an Advanced Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality grounds maintenance services across a range of sites while maintaining excellent standards of safety, productivity, and workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily operations on site and deliver high‑quality grounds maintenance services.
  • Maintain safety, productivity and workmanship standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Team Leader in grounds maintenance.
  • Full UK driving licence; ability to drive company vehicles.
  • PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices.
  • Reliable, hardworking, independent and self‑sufficient.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Can‑do attitude and experience operating a wide range of grounds maintenance machinery.
