EQUANS in Winsford is seeking a Helpdesk Coordinator for a permanent full-time role, 37 hours per week. You will coordinate, schedule and manage full life cycle of facilities tasks via the CAFM system, dispatching works to engineers and subcontractors while meeting contract SLAs.
You will act as the first point of contact for requests, log and track jobs, provide updates to clients and stakeholders, and support procurement and admin processes. A customer-focused, organised team player is ideal.
