Role Details
15 hours over 2 days per week, £14.04 hourly rate.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one‑to‑one sessions and events, using artistry skills and product expertise to ensure customers leave with confidence.
- Create strong connections with customers through brand history and high‑performance formulas, securing brand loyalty.
- Meet and exceed performance targets set by the team.
- Maintain a daily commitment to clients and yourself, changing how a client feels about themselves through communication and connection.
Qualifications
- Make‑up artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self‑motivated and results driven.
