Assistant Surveyor: Driving Social Housing Upgrades

Wates Property Services in Birmingham is recruiting an Assistant Surveyor to support a major social housing planned works contract. You will assist surveys, specifications, cost control and reporting to help deliver high-quality housing improvements across the region.

Working alongside experienced Surveyors, you will inspect properties, prepare specifications, monitor progress and liaise with residents and clients while ensuring health and safety compliance.
