Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives. Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following positions:

Required Positions

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman with IPV

Key Responsibilities

• Driving an IPV.
• Setting up, maintaining and removing traffic management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Understand and implement the “Raising The Bar” document.
• Report near misses and other incidents to site TSCO or Operation Managers.
• Work with crew to ensure high‑quality work plans.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintain safety and effectiveness to optimise output and quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Follow provided RAMS.
• Safely manage unloading/loading of vehicles with equipment.
• Follow safe working practices as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete Risk Assessments.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.

Skills & Experience

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).
