Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all relevant computer systems.
- Record and maintain secure data for internal and external use across intelligence systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current policy and practice.
- Request information and handle enquiries from internal and external sources to record accurate relevant intelligence information, complying with current legislation.
- Provide advice, support and assistance to vulnerable victims and witnesses involved in Public Protection cases.
- Share information regarding Public Protection issues with statutory agencies, supporting the multi‑agency ethos.
- Undertake additional work as directed, including working at different locations to support business continuity and force‑wide needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficient in computer systems (Niche, Corvus, Storm, NICE, Word).
- Ability to pass the VISOR administrative course and PND users course.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative routinely.
- Ability to prioritise own workload daily.
- Must be able to comply with vetting requirements; applicants who have not resided in the UK for the last five years may not be eligible.
Working Hours & Compensation
37 hours per week based at Dewsbury.
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
No shift allowance.
Flexibility to support the department as directed by supervision is required.
