Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a great customer experience in-store.
• Work across all areas of the store and collaborate with all colleagues, serving as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.

Requirements

• Be 18 or over.
• Have experience working in a team‑lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
• Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
• Communicate clearly, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
• Be a natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.

Salary and Hours

Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
