Homeless Health Peer Advocate – Help Access Care

Depaul is seeking a Peer Advocate in Northern Ireland to assist vulnerable individuals in accessing health care services. This full-time position is crucial in reducing unplanned health service use while supporting those with lived experiences of homelessness or addiction.

The role involves accompanying service users to appointments, building their confidence in navigating health services, and engaging in various health promotion activities. Furthermore, candidates must possess strong communication skills and be willing to support others in their recovery journeys.

The starting salary is £12.80 per hour. Flexibility in working hours is required.
