Senior ICT Training & Support Lead (Clinical Systems)

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a Senior ICT Support Officer / Senior Trainer as part of the Digital ICT Academy in Wales. The role supports staff to use clinical systems effectively through training, hands-on support and continuous improvement.

You will lead training delivery, on-site support during roll-outs and development of materials, working with clinical and operational teams to tailor learning to needs. Travel across the Health Board may be required.
