Bakery Customer Assistant: Fresh, Fast Service

Marks & Spencer Plc in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Bakery section, working at the sharp end of fresh produce. Shifts are Thursday 12:00–16:00, Friday 12:00–16:00 and Saturday 12:00–16:00, delivering hot bread and five-star service during peak times.

You’ll be a hands-on, sleeves-up team member who stays focused under pressure, balancing speed with safety and quality. A strong team mindset and flexibility across roles will help you thrive on every shift.
