Senior Estimators (MEP & CSA) – Permanent Role | Data Centres | Narvik, Norway
We are currently supporting a global consultancy operating across a range of mission-critical sectors worldwide, with a strong and growing focus on the European data centre market.
The business partners with leading hyperscalers, AI platforms, cloud providers, and major global technology organisations, alongside key regional and local clients. With a significant pipeline of secured work across Europe, they are now strengthening their estimating capability to support continued growth.
A key focus is a major gigawatt-scale data centre project in Narvik, Norway, where they are looking to appoint experienced Senior Estimators (MEP & CSA) on a permanent basis.
Role Overview
- Position: Senior MEP Estimator / Senior CSA Estimator
- Location: Narvik, Norway (project-based)
- Working Model: Hybrid (with travel to site as required)
- Rotation: Available for those travelling from outside the region
- Employment: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver detailed and accurate cost estimates for large-scale data centre projects
- Support preconstruction and bidding activities on a gigawatt-scale development
- Work closely with engineering, commercial, and project delivery teams
- Liaise with stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and key client groups
- Contribute to value engineering, risk analysis, and commercial planning
- Support the delivery of one of Europe’s most significant data centre projects
About You
- Strong background in estimating within construction, ideally data centres or mission-critical environments
- Experience working on large-scale MEP or CSA packages
- Confident working in complex, fast-paced project environments
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across international teams
