Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a Supported Housing Coordinator to join our team based at Dunfermline, Fife KY11 4SJ on a permanent basis.
Pay and Working Hours
Pay: £17.58 per hour; £31,988 annual salary.
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday. On occasion may be required to work a backshift or a weekend.

Responsibilities
As the Supported Housing Coordinator you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants. You will promote and support independent living, developing professional and caring relationships with individuals, providing advice and assistance linked to their individual support plans. You will also build positive working relationships with colleagues in other agencies such as health care and social work.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in managing a service for vulnerable people, preferably older people.
- Clear empathy with tenants, excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience managing a staff team – essential.
- Professional qualification (SVQ level 3 or equivalent) highly desirable.
- Well‑organised, approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
Education and Qualifications
Legal right to work in the UK is required. Sponsorships are not offered.
