Housing & Homeless Support Case Manager

Two Saints in Poole is seeking a full-time housing support worker to lead on client case management and work within a team that helps clients stay safe and achieve their goals.

You will provide homes and specialist support, enabling clients to feel valued and secure and ready to take the next steps. The role includes nights and weekends and requires flexible site coverage and DBS checks as part of appointment.
