Key responsibilities
- Diagnose issues on arrival and carry out carpentry and joinery repairs to a high standard.
- Install new fixtures, fittings and fittings and manage materials and vehicle stock responsibly.
- Maintain accurate records of work and ensure all work follows health and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues and support teams, keeping residents informed and maintaining a respectful approach in people’s homes.

Required skills and experience
