Working Hours
Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours per week)
About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organised person to join our office team in a customer‑service role. This is a permanent office‑based position within a well‑established and successful business.
What you’ll be doing
- Speaking with customers by phone and email
- Helping prepare quotes and process orders
- Keeping track of customer requests and following up where needed
- Supporting the wider customer‑service team with day‑to‑day tasks
- Keeping records accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking to people and providing good customer service
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Able to work well as part of a team
No specialist product knowledge is required – full training will be provided.
