Lead SEN Cover Supervisor — Classroom Support & SEND Impact

Vision for Education is seeking Cover Supervisors and HLTA to work across SEN schools in Somerset from October 2025. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, support SEND/SEMH students, and help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment while working with experienced SEN professionals.

Ideal candidates include experienced teaching assistants, graduates, or those with youth work backgrounds looking to move into schools.
