This is an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated admin professional to join a firm on a temp to perm basis. Initially a three month contract with a view to be made permanent. A company with a wonderful culture that focuses on trust, honesty and friendship. This is a new role to focus on a new project working alongside a contracts manager to deliver excellent customer service.
You will work alongside a team of highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals, helping to deliver exceptional services for clients within the commercial and property sectors.

Requirements for this role
- Phone answering
- Welcoming visitors with open arms
- Updating HR and CRM systems
- Processing invoices and customer orders
- Ensuring office supplies are up-to-date
- Office stock management and working with suppliers
- Updating documents, files and orders
- Working alongside other departments and team members
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail with work and handling customer enquires and orders
- Works well under pressure and handling admin tasks simultaneously
- Works well independently as well as within a team
Package
- Up to £18,500, depending on experience (pro-rata’d)
- Temp to Perm role after three month period
- Company Pension
- Company social events, i.e. curry nights and sporting events
- Monday to Friday, plus additional hours when required
