About the Role
As an Apprentice Electrician, you’ll support experienced electricians in carrying out repairs, maintenance and installation work across our homes. You’ll gain real‑world experience, develop your technical knowledge and learn how to deliver high‑quality work safely, efficiently and with excellent customer service.

You’ll bring:
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 or above.
- A genuine interest in the electrical trade and a desire to build a long‑term career as an electrician.
- A positive, self‑motivated attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A commitment to working safely and following company policies and procedures.
- A commitment to Equality and Diversity.
The successful candidate will be required to complete Basic DBS and Right to Work checks.
