District Nurse Specialist Practitioner – Home Care Leader

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is recruiting a District Nurse Specialist Practitioner to lead a district nursing team delivering high-quality, person-centred care in patients’ homes and communities. You will act as autonomous clinical expert, coordinating care with multidisciplinary partners to improve outcomes.

Based at Clydebank Health Centre with a 4×9 hour shift pattern across Monday to Sunday; you will lead, supervise and develop the district nursing team in West Dunbartonshire.
