Sanctuary Group in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Project Worker to assess customer needs, update support plans and signpost to education, training and employment. You will support customers with daily living tasks and help them meet tenancy conditions while safeguarding responsibilities are maintained.

You will assist with finances and welfare benefits and promote social inclusion, building confidence and resilience amongst clients within a supportive team.
