Family Support Keyworker | Multi-Agency Impact

Barnardo’s in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a dedicated Keyworker to coordinate support for children, young people and families with complex needs. You will liaise with CAMHS, Citizens Advice and other agencies to ensure timely, tailored help and to bring services together in a Team around the Family approach.
