Social Worker Hertfordshire Assessment

Must be a Qualified Social Worker registered on SWE with at least 3 years post qualifying experience

Must be a car driver

2 x East Herts Assessment

2x Broxbourne Assessment2x Welwyn Hatfield Assessment

Assessment team

• Case holding – Around 18 cases
• Undertaking C+F assessments, Care planning, presenting cases at strategy meeting/CIN meeting/CP conference and LPM.
• Completing risk assessments
• Wishes and feelings work with children
• Assessment visits to families
• UASC initial processes (C+F to initial looked after review)
• Responding to duty tasks
• Information gathering from multi agency partners to inform assessment
• Preparing meeting reports and minutes of meetings
• Gathering parent and child feedback
