Calm Autism Support Assistant — Structured Learning

Justteachers is recruiting an Autism Support Assistant for a specialist school near Kettering. This full-time role starts ASAP and runs until July 2027. You will support pupils with autism through structured learning and sensory-based activities.

You will work alongside teachers and therapists to meet pupil targets, help with regulation and communication strategies, encourage social interaction and independence, and maintain a calm, structured classroom environment.
