Software Engineer – Flexible, Impactful Research Platforms

UK Atomic Energy Authority’s Computing team is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build and maintain data platforms and tools for fusion research. You will own operational software, contribute to end-to-end development and help shape software engineering and data management practices.

You will work with scientists and engineers, have autonomy on projects, and mentor junior colleagues while advancing critical research infrastructure at Culham.
