Detention & Custody Officer — 24/7 Escorting & Care

Mitie Group plc is recruiting for an In-Country Escorting DCO role across the Vehicle Base and Short-Term Holding Facility. The position involves escorting residents, safe transport in a small vehicle, and delivering care within a secure, dignified framework.

The job operates 24/7 with day and night shifts. Training is provided, including a 4‑week paid training course and 13 months of mentoring toward an accredited Level3 Apprenticeship in Detention and Custody.
