I’m recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the day engineering team at a modern state‑of‑the‑art AI-ready data centre Campus, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on critical electrical infrastructure.
Whether your current title is Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Data Centre Engineer, Building Services Engineer or Electrical Engineer, I’d be keen to speak with you.
The role includes:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive electrical maintenance and fault finding
- Electrical repairs and small installations
- LED lighting upgrades
- Inspection, testing and ensuring compliance with current regulations
- Maintaining critical electrical systems to the highest safety and operational standards
- Working as part of a multi‑skilled engineering team on a static site
We’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical Installation
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Experience in commercial building maintenance, facilities management, data centres or other critical environments
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and electrical compliance
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
