Working in our main school office you will come into daily contact with our parents and staff. As part of a permanent, job share position, you will work 17.5 hours per week (12pm–3:30pm, Monday to Friday) and be expected to use your administrative experience to provide excellent communication and customer‑service skills in a friendly, outgoing manner.
You will:
- Have experience of working in a busy office.
- Have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Be able to plan and prioritise your own workload, meeting set deadlines.
- Maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
Requirements
St Joseph’s Catholic Voluntary Academy and the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi‑Academy Trust require satisfactory references, an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, medical check, evidence of qualifications, and verification of the right to work in the UK.
