Head of HR & People Strategy for Multi-Site Growth

Job Search Place Limited is seeking a Head of HR to shape the people strategy for national growth. This role partners closely with executive leadership to build a scalable HR function across 30+ sites.

The ideal candidate will have extensive HR leadership experience within multi-site operations, strong expertise in UK employment law, and demonstrated success in implementing HR systems. The position is based in Hammersmith with a hybrid working model.
