Overview
We have a great opportunity for an ambitious Senior Test Analyst or Lead Tester with strong experience in manual software testing practices and project or team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
You will be leading and managing the project test team’s activities, working closely with the test manager, stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers. Hands‑off management will constitute only about 30% of the role; the rest remains hands‑on testing.
Your role includes:
- Leading test team activities and project management
- Collaborating with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers
- Participating in test planning, execution, and reporting
Ideal Experience
- 5+ years experience with manual software testing tools & SDLC
- Experience leading/managing projects or test teams
- ISTQB or ISEB qualification
- Analytical background (mathematics, physics, etc.) a plus
- Experience supporting test managers/lead testers
