Responsibilities

• Build key relationships between business functions and ensure technology requirements are identified and met.
• Deliver activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis or specification to user‑acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers and the wider development team.
• Lead the software development life cycle activities, breaking down requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
• Challenge and question the necessity of tasks, contribute to the process and get projects over the line.
• Assist in creating a platform for BA role, set standards, processes and procedures, influencing stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in a software development environment.
• Recognised qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB, BCS, Agile/Scrum knowledge are highly advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving, documentation and project management skills.
• Comfortable working within software development life cycle and agile way of working.
