AI & ML Engineer — Production ML, RAG & GCP/Vertex AI

Charlotte Tilbury seeks an experienced AI/ML Engineer to accelerate the adoption of AI across the business. You will design agentic systems, build production ML pipelines, and develop secure APIs on a GCP-first stack, collaborating with data engineers, scientists and product teams.

Ideal candidates will have deep Python and MLOps expertise, hands-on experience with Vertex AI or similar platforms, and a strong focus on scalability, security, and governance in production ML systems.
