SEMH Learning Support Assistant – Team Teach | Barking

RIBBONS AND REEVES are recruiting a SEMH Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming secondary school in Barking, starting September 2026. The role provides 1:1 support for a student with SEMH needs, helping them access learning and regulate their emotions.

You will collaborate with teachers, the SENCO and pastoral staff, using Team Teach techniques where appropriate, and you’ll have access to ongoing training and professional development.
