Maintenance Operative (Plumbing) – Social Housing Repairs

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative (Plumbing Bias) to join our North London repairs team. You will work in tenants’ homes delivering high-quality fixes, with a focus on first-time resolution and excellent customer service.

You will carry out repairs across trades, record work on handheld devices, and follow health and safety procedures. The role requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to work independently in a busy housing environment north of the city.
