Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to our branch. This includes handling mail, performing data input operations, and assisting with various clerical and IT support tasks in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare court and medical expert bundles.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post.
  • Arrange couriers.
  • Book business travel, meeting rooms and office desks.
  • Process cheque requests.
  • Handle confidential medical records and original documents.
  • Coordinate new case allocations.
  • Maintain office supplies and marketing materials.
  • Support meetings and events.
  • Manage office access passes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming service.
