We are looking for an administrator who shares our commitment to providing an outstanding experience for children, families, visitors and staff, and who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy school office.
This is a varied role at the heart of school life. You will be one of the first people that parents, visitors and pupils meet or speak to, playing an important part in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our school community. Alongside reception and customer service duties, you will support key areas of school administration including attendance and registers, pupil records, school meals administration, communications and the maintenance of our Management Information System (MIS).
The successful candidate will be able to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with a wide range of people and maintain accurate records with a high level of attention to detail. Experience of working in an administrative environment is essential, and experience within a school setting or using school systems such as Arbor, SIMS or Bromcom would be advantageous.
