HSE Manager, Submarine Operations – Safety Leader

Rolls-Royce Submarines is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental performance at the Derby site. Based in Raynesway, you will report to the Head of HS&E and drive HSE initiatives across operations.

You will develop policies, lead incident investigations, provide expert advice to design, maintenance and operations teams, and collaborate with regulators and stakeholders to secure safe, compliant and sustainable outcomes.
